"Fast fix, no stress"
I had an issue with it, so I sent it in... wasn’t sure how long it would take. But the repair was quick, and the replacement showed up without any hassle. Painless overall, I’d definitely use them again.

I ordered from gentexcorp.com the quality was better than I expected. The stuff feels solid and not cheap at all, which was my main concern going in. At the same time, I wouldn’t say I was blown away or anything, even though I really don’t have any complaints. It showed up in good shape, works fine so far, and the whole process was straightforward. I’m not sitting here raving about it, but yeah, I’d probably order from them again if I needed something else

"Product details could be easier to find"
The site looks decent overall, but I had a bit of a hard time figuring out the product details. Some of the specs seemed like they were either missing or kind of scattered around, so I wasn’t totally sure what I was looking at. It’s not a terrible experience or anything, just a little frustrating when you’re trying to compare things

"Familiar name and mostly reassuring experience"
I’ve known Gentex for a while, so I already felt like they were a name I could probably trust. The site was simple to look through and I didn’t have any trouble finding the basics. I’m giving 4 stars because I still would’ve liked a little more clear info here and there, just to feel fully reassured before making any decisions.

"Pretty good deal, I think?"
I ordered from gentexcorp.com and, the pricing seemed fair. I looked around a bit beforehand, and their prices made sense to me, even if I was a little confused at first comparing everything across different sites. Nothing felt overpriced, and the quality was about what I expected. I’d probably use them again if I need more stuff.

"Tech help took too long"
I was hoping for a quick fix, but the tech help took way too long. I mean, they tried, actually, I’m not even sure it helped much in the end. Overall, it just wasn’t very helpful.

The install was easier than I expected. I usually try to spot how the steps fit together before I get too far, and once I saw the pattern, everything moved along smoothly. The instructions were mostly clear, and I got it done without having to call anyone for help. There was one part that threw me off for a few minutes, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but overall it was easy.

The mirror ended up being fine and does what it’s supposed to, but that compatibility stuff wasn’t super clear to me at first. I had to go back and double check my trim before placing the order because I wasn’t totally sure if it was the right one. Support did help me figure it out, though it took a little while.

I ordered from gentexcorp.com and was bracing myself for the usual delivery hassle, but my stuff actually showed up faster than I expected. Tracking was simple enough to follow, and the box arrived in good shape. At this point I’m tired of chasing orders and dealing with delays, so it was a relief that this one was just smooth from start to finish

I picked this up from gentexcorp.com a while ago and it’s been holding up better than I expected. I use it regularly and it still feels solid, nothing cracked, nothing coming loose, none of that annoying stuff. It just does what it’s supposed to do and hasn’t given me any problems. So yeah, happy with it
